It's been a long time since we have seen Mr . Vahid. He came in our class explaining on how to produce an effective argumentative writing. According to him, it is an action of “making a claim or taking a position”, “providing proof in its support”, and “accounting for the probable objection”. Mr. Vahid also taught and show us how to write a good argumentative writing by including a few elements, such as in data, bridge, rebuttal and qualifiers. He also provides a few examples for us to look at.
My favorite part of the day was eating Dr. Jaya's KFC treats. It was delicious (because it is free..) .
Dr. Jaya and Mr. Vahid are really g-r-e-a-t !!
yeah! what a great surprise. i thought he was just coming in to see our progression in class. i never thought that he will be giving a talk. it was a nice talk that day. at least now i have a clear view on argumentative writing. and of course the best part is the KFC treats.hehe =)
